Yes, and permanently. Every social and community feature — feeds, prayer wall, chat, churches, groups, devotionals, the Bible reader — is free and always will be. No ads, no paywalls, and we do not sell your data. The paid tiers exist for creators, ministers and churches who want the advanced tools.
You keep everything you are paying for until the end of the period you have already paid for — cancelling schedules the end of your plan, it does not revoke access on the spot. After that your account returns to the free plan. Nothing you have created is deleted.
Nothing happens immediately. Card failures are usually temporary — an expired card, or a bank declining a first attempt — so your plan stays active while your card issuer is retried over the following days. We will email you so you can update your card, and you only return to the free plan if the retries are exhausted.
The Church plan covers unlimited members at one price — it does not scale per head. Enterprise pricing is available for multi-branch networks; contact us and we will size it to your organisation.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Subscription, and you can restart a cancelled plan from the same place.
