Saltedspace is a Christian-owned social platformed, purposedly designed to honor God, glorify our Lord, Jesus Christ, promote spiritual, moral, and family values, in a wholesome and safe environment. As such, all users of the platform are expected to conduct all their activities with peace, respect, safety, and security as a priority.

Prohibited Content

Because of the nature and purpose of SaltedSpace, certain types of content are not permitted and are strictly prohibited on the Platform. If such contents are posted, it may not only be promptly removed upon discovery, but may also lead to warning, suspension, or immediate termination of the user’s account. User may also be banned from future use of the Platform. We expect and require every user to keep the Platform clean, safe, and family friendly. Without limitation, prohibited content includes the following:

1. Obscene, graphic, or shocking content.

• Absolutely no pornographic material permitted

• Obscene languages otherwise referred to as profanity, foul language, expletive, curse words, or dirty languages are not permitted

• Obscene images or videos including sexually explicit or sexually suggestive images are not permitted. This includes any kind of nudity, any kind of sexual activity, indecent bodily exposure, other forms of immodest contents.

• No sexual solicitation permitted. No sex chat or conversations are allowed on the Platform

Posting content that is gratuitously graphic, sadistic, exploitative, or intended primarily to shock, disgust, or disturb users, except where permitted for newsworthy, educational, or documentary purposes and appropriately contextualized.

2. Violent and Graphic Content

• Content that promotes acts of violence, victimization or acts of cruelty against people or animal are not permitted.

• Except clearly educational or awareness videos or images, highly graphic contents of physical abuse, violent death, shocking or disturbing videos, murder scenes, suicides, dismemberment or mutilation images or videos, and other disturbing and insensitive contents are not permitted

3. False News, Deceptions, Scam, and Criminal Activities

• False or fake news, misrepresentations, or contents meant to deceive, misinform, or manipulate the public is not permitted. SaltedSpace is meant to promote verified, true, and edifying information

• Fake business, false advertising, impersonation, spams and scams are not permitted on the platform.

Prohibited Conduct, Activities, and Behavior

Users may not use the platform to engage in, encourage, facilitate, or promote any conduct, activity, or behavior that violates these Terms, applicable law, the rights of others, or the safety and integrity of the platform. Without limitation, prohibited conduct includes the following:

1. Illegal activity. Using the platform to commit, promote, coordinate, or facilitate unlawful acts, including fraud, trafficking, exploitation, theft, money laundering, or the sale of illegal goods or services.
2. Violence, threats, and criminal coordination. Posting threats of harm, inciting violence, glorifying violent acts, organizing criminal conduct, or sharing instructions for causing physical harm or evading law enforcement.
3. Harassment, bullying, and abuse. Targeting individuals or groups with intimidation, stalking, degrading insults, unwanted repeated contact, coordinated abuse, sexual harassment, or conduct intended to silence, shame, or humiliate others.
4. Hate speech and hateful conduct. Attacking, dehumanizing, promoting hatred toward, or encouraging exclusion or violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or veteran status.
5. Exploitation or harm of minors. Creating, sharing, soliciting, grooming for, or facilitating any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, sexualizes, abuses, or otherwise harms minors.
6. Sexual exploitation and intimate content. Posting, threatening to post, requesting, distributing, or facilitating intimate, sexually explicit, or exploitative content, including image-based abuse, coercion, or trafficking-related activity.
7. Self-harm and dangerous behavior. Encouraging, instructing, or glorifying suicide, self-injury, eating disorders, or other dangerous acts, except where content is clearly supportive, educational, or recovery-oriented.
8. Impersonation, deception, and misrepresentation. Pretending to be another person, organization, public figure, platform representative, or affiliated entity in a misleading manner, or otherwise misrepresenting identity, qualifications, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
9. Fraud, scams, and deceptive practices. Engaging in phishing, identity theft, fake giveaways, investment scams, false advertising, counterfeit sales, pyramid schemes, or other deceptive activity designed to mislead or harm others.
10. Spam, manipulation, and platform abuse. Posting repetitive or irrelevant content, artificially inflating engagement, using bots or automated systems without authorization, creating fake accounts, evading enforcement, or manipulating platform features, rankings, reviews, recommendations, or metrics.
11. Privacy violations and doxxing. Sharing or threatening to share another person’s private, confidential, or sensitive information without permission, including home addresses, identity documents, financial information, login credentials, private communications, or precise location data.
12. Intellectual property infringement. Uploading, posting, streaming, distributing, or otherwise using content that infringes another party’s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, publicity rights, or other proprietary rights.
13. Malware, security abuse, and unauthorized access. Uploading malicious code, attempting to hack, probe, scan, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass security measures, access accounts or systems without authorization, or interfere with the platform’s normal operation.
14. Regulated or restricted goods and services. Buying, selling, advertising, facilitating, or promoting goods or services that are illegal, restricted, or unsafe, including weapons, drugs, counterfeit items, stolen goods, gambling services, financial products, or medical products where prohibited or requiring authorization.
15. Misinformation and harmful deception. Sharing materially false or misleading content where it is likely to cause real-world harm, undermine civic processes, endanger public health or safety, impersonate authoritative sources, or manipulate users through deceptive media or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
16. Commercial misuse. Using the platform for unauthorized advertising, scraping, data harvesting, lead generation, solicitation, or commercial activity that violates these Terms, applicable policies, or user consent requirements.
17. Interference with others’ use of the platform. Disrupting conversations, abusing reporting tools, attempting to intimidate users from participating, or otherwise interfering with another user’s ability to access, use, or enjoy the platform.
18. Violation of enforcement measures. Attempting to bypass suspensions, bans, content restrictions, age restrictions, geographic restrictions, or other moderation, safety, or compliance measures imposed by the platform.
19. Assisting or encouraging violations. Encouraging, instructing, coordinating, conspiring with, or assisting others to violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.

The platform may remove content, restrict distribution, suspend or terminate accounts, report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities, or take any other action it reasonably deems necessary to protect users, the public, and the integrity of the service.
